Erika K. Orcutt, Esq.
Erika has been practicing law for over 20 years. A native of California, Erika received her bachelor of arts in political science from UCLA and played trumpet in the marching band. She received her law degree with honors from The American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. and she obtained a master’s degree in environmental law and policy from Vermont Law School.
After spending a total of 15 years as an attorney with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security, and as a federal judicial law clerk in Las Vegas, Nevada and Atlanta, Georgia, Erika started her own practice in 2012. Erika is licensed to practice in Georgia, California, and Nevada.
Erika brings both her professional and personal experience into her practice in helping people plan for the future of their families and protect their loved ones. She is passionate about educating the community on estate planning and probate, and helping her clients through some of life’s difficult decisions and most challenging times. Erika also enjoys working with small business owners to form and grow their businesses.
Erika’s husband is also an attorney, who is currently serving on active duty with the U.S. Army Reserves. They reside in Acworth and have two wonderful girls and several pets.
Emily Houston, Esq.
Emily Houston is a recent graduate of Mercer Law School. Emily spent her time in law school interning at the Paulding County District Attorney’s Office and at an estate planning law firm. Before Emily went to law school, she completed her undergraduate studies at Oglethorpe University, where she earned a Bachelor of Art degree in English. Emily enjoys working with people and helping them plan for their future and legacy. In her free time Emily likes to spend time with her husband and Shih Tzu. Her biggest hobbies are cooking and traveling.
Ross Dockins is a resident of Kennesaw, GA. He graduated from Harrison High School with honors. Currently, Ross is attending the Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina. He is majoring in Political Science with a pre-law focus. As a current soldier in the United States Army Reserves, Ross hopes to attend law school with the goal of becoming a JAG Officer. Ross has worked at the Orcutt Law Offices as an intern since his senior year in high school and continues to work during his breaks from college.
Elaina Maloney was born and raised in Georgia. She attended Georgia State University and moved to Cobb County more than 25 years ago to be closer to Kennesaw Mountain. Elaina serves as Office Manager and Executive Assistant and believes each client should be greeted with a smile. She enjoys the outdoors and spends her free time with her husband, 2 sons, and their family dog.
Marci Addison is a Georgia native and currently lives in Woodstock with her husband and two girls. She graduated from Jacksonville State University, which is located in Alabama, with a BA in English. She loves to play tennis and has been a part of the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association (ALTA) since 2007. Marci enjoys interacting with our clients as a legal assistant at Orcutt Law Offices.
